Update. After 6 months of waiting, I finally got my refund today, along with about $48 of interest. Turbotax gave me a refund as well, so I'm finally ready to put this all behind me. For those still waiting, it shouldn't be much longer. Call the IRS. I did several times, sometimes just to double check the accuracy of what I was being told.
