I'm sorry that did not help me at all! I always file a joint return not a separate return and was supposed to get back $3,200 according to the app! According to the IRS I'm getting back nothing! Now why are you guys still trying to take $320 out of my checking account over and over again causing Mia in SF fees which I cannot afford we have no income. I thought that if you were not getting refund you didn't have to pay anyway! So why are you doing this to us? we are having a hardship as it is you guys deducting $320 out of my account over and over again causing me NSF fees as not being very helpful
