I filed my taxes on free to file and as I was finishing somehow I got redirected to you free to file sire and ended up getting charged 40 bucks plus like 15 and it would not let me opt out. I've msgs over n over to turbo tax requested refunds with no answer as they did nothing to prepare it. Just forced me to pay like I had no choice and my check wasnt even 200. I desperately needed that money as my son had just been born but months later I can't get you guys to reaping via email or phone. Please help me. You didnt prepare my return I did.
