I've used TurboTax for many years until 2015 when someone used my soc sec #. Can I talk or chat with someone so I can submit my back taxes? Can someone please help me?

How can I get access to past years of TurboTax [2016-2019]. Was unable to file due to having been in two serious auto accidents. Have refunds due. Can you help me?
