2019 no entry 1040 box 4a 2018 had large amount nothing changed from 2018 to 2019 except TAX CPA vs TTAX

After I completed 2019 using turbotax there is no entry on form 1040 box 4a. In 2018 a tax CPA did the taxes and there was a large amount in 2018 1040 box 4a nothing changed from 2018 to 2019 except TAX prepared by CPA in 2018 vs TTAX for 2019.
