None of TurboTax Support suggestions worked. Caused me to purchase another license, waiting for refund from Intuit right now. TurboTax still asking License Code even with my new purchase. Sigh.
While trying to reinstalling the TurboTax, I think I found the fix.
You can do "Repair TurboTax" and it seems to work. To get to "Repair TurobTax", do the following:
- Go to Uninstall TurboTax under "Apps & Features" in the "Setting" window.
- Click on "TurboTax"
- Click on "Uninstall" button
- A window will pop up. Click on "Repair TurboTax" button. When it is done close the uninstall window.
- When it is done, start TurboTax. Hopefully, it will not ask for License Code again.
