I have the same issue and now I’m scrambling trying to figure it out.
From what I understand you can through TurboTax . But you’ll have to print the paperwork and mail it in And make a cover page where you explain that you filed “Non-filer” for the stimulus check but that you’re now sending your most current and correct tax return, or in no cover letter page you can just write on the top of your 1040 “1040X Amendment Return “ before signing it and mailing it.
It also states,
“Don't forget that when you mail a paper return to the IRS, you must include copies of your W-2s and 1099s, plus you need to sign and date the return”
