I just now paid for Turbo Tax's service a short while ago, then I completed my 2019 after. Why is it saying "duplicate social security number" while not being processed?
Again, I paid for their service today, finished my return after paying, verified myself and my wife with our ID's, so how is it possible it is a duplicate when I just did everything for the first time!?
