If you don't have last year's AGI or the self-select pin that was used to e-file your return, you will have to file by mail. One of those numbers is needed to e-file.
You may be able to get an online transcript today if you have an account set up on the IRS website. But if you can't get either of those numbers (you only need one of them), you won't be able to e-file.
