So My wife started (registered) her sole proprietorship website company in Sept. 2019. She has been working on developing the website from June 2019 and into the summer of 2020. As of July 2020 it still has not launched or done any business. If in TT for our 2019 filing we answer that the business started in Sept 2019 can we still claim Startup costs after Sept 2019 for 2019 filing as well as any additional development/startup costs incurred into 2020 till we actually launch and begin generating revenue?
