I am working on my parent's returns. My father received a 1099-R. In the past 3 years on his STATE return this income is not included in total other income. Last year it was listed in 5a but in 5b the entire portion is not taxable. I do not see where I can put how much is taxable for state in Turbo Tax. Can you help me with this?
