Thank you. She just filed yesterday with no issue. Now what I would like to know for MYSELF, is if I'm required to file for 2019 taxes. My income for gross income for 2019 on earned income was less than $5,000 according to my W-2's. Am I required by law to file for 2019 taxes? I'm afraid I will get into some sort of trouble, this would've been my first year filing but remember that I did the Non filer tool with the IRS.
Also, Next year will I be able to amend the 2019 tax return for myself due to me not being able to do it this year?
That Non-filer tool really screwed a lot of people up like myself who did not file 2018 or 2019 at the moment the tool was available on IRS.
What is your advice ?
