My premier vers Windows TurboTax indicates that forms: "Schedule A, Sales Tax deduction" isn't ready and will be available Jan20, 2020 - It is now July 2020. I'm stuck!?

TurboTax can't file my taxes until Form 8960 and Form 1040, Schedule A Itemized deductions are ready and available! These are forms within TT 2019 and were expected in Jan 2020.  Where are they?
