So last year I did not buy the health insurance from marketplace. Instead I bought directly with Ambetter Superior. I filed my return for the last year 2019. I received the return, after 3 months later I get a mail from IRS asking the information about 1095-A and form 8962. I tired calling them; they simply told me to call back later. Anyway now I just do not know what do about that??? Or How to contact them about my situation because I looked online the information on who gets 1095-A; it shows that if you buy the insurance through marketplace you receive 1095-A, but if you buy it from somewhere other than the marketplace then you do not receive the 1095-A.
