Turbotax has calculated my taxable income correctly in line 11b of 1040. The tax amount in line 12a, however doesn't match what it should be based on the tax table (https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i1040tt.pdf). For obvious reasons, I do not want to disclose my taxable income here. Has anyone else experienced something like this?
By the way, there is also an error in the Federal income tax withheld from Forms W-2 and 1099 (line 17). That number doesn't match the sum of what is in the various W-2's and 1099s.
