Can someone please help me out?
I purchased the 2018 Online TurboTax Deluxe last year.
When I come to do the taxes now, it thinks I am working on an amendment.
I have never submitted my 2018 income tax. The only thing I did was to request an extension until October.
I tried to download the software, but my downloads do not include a download for 2018 (since it was the online version); it does for other years.
I have been calling TurboTax since yesterday and can never get through.
