Sometimes, the best thing to do is just to delete the offending object and start over.
Do a Search for 1099-int, and click on the jump-to result.
You should see a table of 1099-INTs that you have entered. If you see one with a blank name or "untitled", then you accidentally created a 1099-INT and never filled it in (it's easier to do than you think). Delete that and also delete the 1099-INT that the Review is flagging.
Then go back and add the 1099-INT that should be there.
NOTE: if you are seeing a message in the Review about this, even though it seems that you can fix it in the Review, you can't. Go back to the original 1099-INT interview and fix any problems there.
