If you haven't paid your Federal taxes owed on another site by credit card or since you have not filed your return yet, you can go back through the File section, go all the way through the screens until you get to the screen that asks how you want to pay your Federal taxes, there you can change your option. If you already paid the Federal taxes owed, you cannot change your payment method.
If you cannot get back into your return, see the following
- In TurboTax Online, sign into your account.
- Select Tax Home in the left menu.
- Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents.
- Select 2019, and then select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this just opens the return back up)
- Make changes and then refile
