The post from above is referring to forms in prior tax years. For tax year 2019, direct deposit information will be listed on lines 21b & 21d of Form 1040. If you schedule a direct debit for the taxes due the debit information will be listed on the Federal Information Worksheet in Part V of the form. The same applies for the state, the scheduled direct debit information will be listed on the State Information Worksheet in Part V of the form.
