Can I purposely withhold federal taxes from my paycheck, save the estimated taxes I will owe in a separate account just pay prior to or on tax day when I file?
Am I allowed to knowingly withhold paying taxes if I know I will owe? Is there a penalty for me doing so? I have a special saver account that I want to use for the purpose of saving federal tax money.
