If my 6 digit code is not bieng sent to my email after confirming and resending, how do i receive my code to file? xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx ?

I have tried updating iwht my other emial as well but can't get a confirmation email with the 6 digit code to finalize my return. What do I do?
