Not sure if you received an answer yet or not but it is really simple. If you keep hitting continue to go through all of your tax forms for the income and the deductions and you answer all of the questions for the federal and the state income taxes you will eventually get to a section that will ask you if you are ready to review your taxes. then you review them. It will then ask ab out finding extra deductions. After that it will tell you it wants to look for errors. It then lets you fix errors. once all of your errors are fixed it will ask you if you are ready to file your taxes. it should then let you file state and federal income taxes. you will also get to save and print yourself copies. basically it sounds like you might not gone all the way through to the end of the questions and checking that they do for you.
