This is not an expert resolution, you just googled "Business Rule X0000-005-The XML data has failed schema validation." and gave us a link to an IRS webpage, which seems to be telling us to view the XML to find the error. Does Turbo Tax provide the XML document to view? Is this a Turbo Tax problem or an IRS problem?
If this is the best Turbo Tax can do then it seems simpler to just print the taxes, mail them to the IRS and get an eFile refund from Turbo Tax.
