I created an IRS account and made a part of my payment. But why is my TurboTax amount owed not being reduced? How does this all work? It is my first time filling.

Why is my IRS account not showing my remaining balance due?  Can I pay through turbotax? If so, how will they reduce my payment if I already paid through the IRS online?
