I cannot get to a new screen, that allows me to enter a new UserID, and start a new return. This is a CD/Download Turbo Tax from Amazon, not the online program. It does not give me the option to completely logoff, and give me the a completely new screen to add another user/return and go forward. Only my history is the option. What am I missing??
