You'll need to help people help you. No one here knows anything about your situation until we ferret that out. So we have to first ask you quite a few questions so we can learn what your situation is.
You wrote: "It says we have not filed...."
What is the "it???" "What" says you have not filed? We don't know what you are looking at. Are you referring to something you see in your Online TurboTax account when you log in? Or are you referring to the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool?
If you're referring to the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool, and if it can't find your refund info, we can tell you what to do about that scenario once we understand your situation.
If you're referring to something you see when you log into your Online TurboTax account, that is a different situation. If your Online account says you haven't filed, and if there is no evidence of a 2019 return in that account, and it acts like it wants you to start a new return, that implies that you may have multiple accounts without realizing it and signed into the wrong one. If that's your situation (no evidence of a 2019 return in your Online account), we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts.
Or is there evidence of the 2019 return you prepared in the Online account, but it says it hasn't yet been filed?
How did you file--did you efile, or did you choose to print and mail the return to the IRS? If you efiled, did you get an email that the return was transmitted, followed by a second email that it was accepted or rejected?
What do you see when you do this? Log in to your Online TurboTax account, and at the Tax Home is there a return status at the Tax Home? If so, which of these terms does it use--accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what? Or is there no evidence that a return was prepared in that account?
By the way, an order date and order number are not proof of filing. It's proof that you paid for your TurboTax product (or if a free product, completing the order process.) If efiling, after the order confirmation screen one has to still continue on through some more screens until the final screen and click on a button "Transmit Returns Now." When you answer all the questions above, we'll have a better idea about whether you did that or not.
We can tell you more about the IRS refund tool and what do with that, once you answer all the above questions.
