A couple of users with that error have said that even after making changes to the phone in the Intuit Account or removing it, the efile problem still happened, until they logged out of TurboTax then logged back in.   I don't know if you did that or not.

 

  One user who removed his phone number from Intuit Account said he tried efiling multiple times then it suddenly and unexplainedly went through.  I suspect it was because he had closed and  logged in several times.

 

I'd log out, empty your browser Internet cache, and delete any Intuit-related cookies.   Close the browser, reopen it, then go to Online TurboTax and try to efile again.

 

If you've done that a couple of times, and nothing is different, I have nothing else to suggest, but you can post in the other thread below where many foreign users who have this problem have successfully resolved it.     Read the solutions they have used in order to proceed.
