I didn't. Others have reported that when they inserted or withdrew USB attachments or even discs so that the computer was exactly as it was when the program was installed, that worked but it didn't work for me. My solution is to use the HR Block software next year. Despite the installation woes (as if that wasn't enough), the 2019 TT did not prepare WI returns properly - left out the WI Schedule WD unless I forced it. If you didn't know you had to do it, it wouldn't have included this important and $ saving schedule.
