So I finally was able to speak to someone @ the IRS. It took about 2 hours to be on hold before I got in touch with someone. This agent was super helpful and took a look into my file. Spoke to his supervisor and went over everything.
Apparently, he says there was an error (which he does not know EXACTLY) that took the processing out of 'regular' processing and sent to another department that fixes errors. He said he will make a referral for me for them to contact me. He said I will either receive the refund within 6 weeks or receive a call/letter if they need more information. He could not provide/know why the error took it out of regular processing. He said its a simple tool and he reviewed the information but could not figure out why.
