Get your taxes done using TurboTax

My gross income qualified me for a reduced payment, but I have received nothing (including the social security I receive). I filed electronically with Turbo Tax the last 3-4 years and my direct deposit information has been listed with the IRS each year for a refund. When I go on the IRS.gov site to check for a payment, they say "we do not have enough information and are still checking". Do you have any idea what is holding this up? Is it because I also receive a social security benefit? Any information would be helpful. Thanks. Susan
