There isn't anyone you can contact,but you can check on your individual status here: Get my Payment Tool .
If your status is not available, you can continue to check back as the IRS is still working to get advanced payments out to individuals and will continue to do so for a number of months.
If you do not receive your payment before year-end you will be able to claim a credit on your 2020 tax return when you file in 2021.
