To conclude your farm business in TurboTax you will need to use the Self Employed version one more year to inform the IRS/TurboTax that you "sold or otherwise disposed of this farm" in the farm information section. Then "Edit" each asset depreciated in the farm business to report how you disposed of them, (sold, converted to personal property, ect). Once that's done, you will not be bothered by TurboTax asking about your farm every year.
