This solution worked for me. Using Windows 7, TurboTax 2019 worked fine until sometime after May 1, 2020. An update after May 1 causes TurboTax 2019 to crash when entering the Interest and Dividend section. Configuring the compatibility setting for Windows 7 seems to have resolved the issue.
