I just moved back from Florida in August and my parents decided to claim me on taxes although I have not lived at there house for 6 months during 2019. In doing so I lost out on stimulus check and I have 2 kids. I told them they couldn’t do it and they found a tax lady who forged numbers to make them get more. Is their a way to make them payback what they get so I qualify? Someone said file paper 2020 return how do I do that? Does that mean I will still get my stimulus but get it next year? What about the second stimulus if they approve it will I get it then? I know it’s sad but I almost want to report the tax lady and parents so I can have money. I have disabilities and didn’t live here for 6 months so from what I heard them claiming me is illegal. Can someone please help? I need my stimulus check they got back $$ for me and lied and said they didn’t get back nothing for me. Well then why the hell would you claim
