Please report your income and expenses based on your year end statement, since the 1099-MISC is blank (I'm assuming completely blank.... nothing in box 7 or box 3...). When going through the income section, enter your income as if you did not receive form 1099-MISC, when done, report your business expenses.
I can't comprehend why a company would send your a blank 1099-Misc... although you won't be using it, keep it for your records if the LuLaRoe name or id is on the form. If the form is really completely blank, no need to keep it.
