I've never had this happen in all of the years I've been using Turbotax. I do not efile my taxes. I use turbotax to do my taxes so I can doublecheck all the numbers and makes sure I'm not missing anything and then I file a paper tax return. I don't trust efiling.
There must be some way to get it to print the forms 8949. I checked the totals and they are very close but something they are off a bit. Even if I were to efile the entries that are missing would not be filed because they only show as worksheets.
