Here's some additional information. If I look at various data entries and look at the relevant form at the bottom of that page the relevant form shown always appears to be "1099-B Wks". The problem appears to be that some of the data from the 1099-B Wks is converted to Form 8949 but other data is not converted to Form 8949. I have one situation where part of the tax entries for a specific mutual fund are shown on Form 8949 while other data entries for the same mutual fund are not included on Form 8949.
