these seem to be processing delays caused by bad management. I have zero income , just claiming American Opportunity Tax Credit for $1000 !!!!!. My Cares payment is blocked. how do I fix this? Its now 35 days since my return was accepted . they can be blocking my refund for 1000 when I have no income. anyone have a similar case?
