If you haven't yet filed the tax return (or your e-filed tax return is rejected), you can change the address in the My Info section (left menu pane) of your TurboTax Online.
If you've e-filed the tax return and it has been accepted, or if you have printed and mailed the tax return, you cannot change the address. You'll need to contact the IRS directly to update your address. The phone number is 800-829-1040.
Be aware, however, that the IRS has currently suspended phone service because of the COVID-19 situation.
