To record federal withholding from certain documents where there is no direct entry follow the steps.
- Sign in to your account
- Choose the Federal Taxes tab
- Next select Deductions & Cedits
- Scroll to Other Income Taxes

Update or Edit > Yes
- Scroll to Other Income Taxes Paid in 2016
- Select Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099
- Enter the amount of federal tax withheld
- Review the image attached
