Congratulations. I got married in 2016 too. What I did is start TurboTax 2016 and when it asks if I got married say "yes." Then it asks for all the information on your partner. There is no way to combine two returns in one Married Filing Jointly return. I asked about this. If she moved to start a new job you might get a Moving Expense Deduction. TurboTax will ask about this in Deductions & Credits.
