I have the same issue. looking at my social sec taxes they add up to nothing near the limit (almost 2k in one and near 1k with the other employer) yet I still get the same message. Also my total income less than 50k so I'm not sure why it's saying I'm paying excess. I just want to finish so I can start paying the taxes i owe this year.
