when I went in to do the non fouler's link on the IRS website the IRS rejected it because I did not have my IP pin but I never received it I was needing to put my bank account information in there but I'm just wondering will I still get a stimulus check even though I can't get my IP pin because the online tool will not let me I retrieve it and IRS not open what do I need to do please help me
