I am in the same boat. They kept his stimulus check, which we expected, but then kept mine as well. I did what the letter said and filled out a new form 8379 and returned it along with the letter from the IRS stating the offset. I can’t find any info on how long to process. I wonder if it will be a check or direct deposit once the form is processed. Also, why is the IRS offering NO live support? Truly ridiculous.
