Yes, the employer and employee portion of Social Security are reported together. There are a couple relevant lines, depending on your profile but if you have no taxable tips, on Form 941, line 5a (for social security, which is 6.2% or both the employer and employee for a total of 12.4%) and line 5c (for Medicare, which is 1.45% for both the employer and employee for a total of 2.9%) and 5d ( for additional Medicare of 0.9% which only the employee pays).
