You can probably do that, but you will need to speak with an agent in order to get the download sent to you.
If you're using TurboTax Online:
- Sign in to your account (if you aren't already signed in).
- Once you're in, select Search in the upper-right corner of your screen.
- Select the Contact Us option.
- Enter your question and then select Let's talk.
- Now choose between:
- Posting your question to our community of experts (Post a question)
- Talking one-on-one with a live TurboTax Expert, CPA, or Enrolled Agent (Get the number) (requires the PLUS add-on if using Free Edition)
**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post
**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
