If you are not in the Live version, you will see this button on the top right-hand side of your program.

Help options

When you click on Live Tax Advice, you will be given the option to upgrade to Live.

Once you select Upgrade, you will then have the option to speak with an expert who will be able to assist you. Please note there is an additional fee for this service.
