You essentially have a "two-page" W-2 because you have more Box 12, state and/or local lines than your employer is able to print on one W-2. Enter them on a single TurboTax W-2 with the common Box 1-6 amounts, verification code, all the Box 12 (a, b, etc.) lines, all the state (Boxes 15-17) lines, and all the local (Boxes 18-20) lines.
