I am in the same boat as your daughter, I filed 2018 and 2019 tax returns with turbotax direct deposit and I did my 2019 the end of January and I know I am eligible because i made less than 11,000 and i have a 3 year old as my dependent and it is now April 29th and i still haven't received my payment and the irs website has said payment status not available. I need this money to survive, to feed my son and I lost my job because of this virus going around and I dont know what to do. And there is no one to help me or answer any questions.
