The same exact thing happen to me and my husband. I go on the "get my payment site" it said your payment scheduled deposit for Apr 15 at that point it was Apr 18- I called my bank nothing there. I then get 2 letters one with my husband's name and the other with both our names. Stating an amount that I assume was half of the stimulus amount was sent to Child Support via EFT for arrears owed which is fine that is his responsibility. But the other half I am entitled to - and our 3 kids are entitled to. Keep in mind I filed both 2018 and 2019 with a Injured Spouse form. They took half of the stimulus and sent it right away to child support- but here I am and my 3 kids have nothing and didn't receive my part of the stimulus. I cant call, I cant send another form, I know nothing. Im literally at their mercy and to add insult to injury - We filed our 2019 taxes on Jan 30 2020 and have not receive the standard refund. It was filed exactly as we did on 2018 w/an injured spouse form. It's so upsetting ...
